3. Event Creation & Participation

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information. Attendees agree to abide by organizer rules and understand that EventsPlace.In is not liable for event experiences.

4. Payments and Fees

Ticket purchases and payments are processed through secure third-party providers in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations. Some services may include transaction fees, which will be clearly disclosed. Refunds are subject to the organizer's policy and applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to post harmful, illegal, or abusive content, or misuse the platform for unauthorized commercial activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on EventsPlace.In (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by us. Users retain rights to content they create but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

EventsPlace.In is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for event outcomes, lost data, or damages from use of our platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EventsPlace.In and its affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

Actions such as check-ins, exports, role assignments, and administrative changes may be recorded and reviewed by authorized staff. This data is used solely for operational and compliance purposes and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
