Delete your account

You can permanently delete your EventsPlace.In account and request erasure of associated personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), where relevant. The steps below apply to users of our mobile apps and website.

Option 1 — Mobile app (Android / iOS)

1. Sign in to the EventsPlace.In app.
2. Open the Account tab (profile icon in the bottom navigation).
3. On the Settings screen, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. You may be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Your account will be removed after you complete the flow.

Option 2 — Website

1. Sign in on our website.
2. Go to Dashboard → Profile (or open /dashboard/profile after signing in).
3. Use Delete my account and follow the on-screen steps to confirm permanent deletion.

Option 3 — Email request

If you cannot use the app or website, email support@eventsplace.in from the email address registered on your account. Use the subject line Account deletion request. We may ask you to verify your identity before we process the request.

What happens after deletion

• Your login and profile are removed; you will lose access to bookings, events, messages, and any vendor, venue, or performer listings tied to the account.
• Some information may be retained where the law requires (for example, limited financial or tax records). We do not use deleted-account data for marketing.
